Some Exciting Updates
Today we got our landing page up so people can finally go to Thankfulfor.com and at least sign up for a launch announcement. That’s a pretty exciting step.
Even more exciting tidbits:
- Behind the curtain, the site is working and is probably about 80% complete.
- We’re gonna demo Thankfulfor.com at the Washington DC TECHcocktail event this Thursday night - if you’re in the area come over to the LeftBank and see us.
- We’re probably, maybe, possibly gonna call it a public beta and open up the site to everyone by the end of the week.
- We already got a mention in the Huffington Post! Check out this cool story by the multi-talented Sharon Glassman: http://bit.ly/XXsvj
- One of our influential tech writer friends coerced us into checking out the site way before it was ready..there could be a write-up. Very excited about that.
- I got our Twitter account going..you can follow us @iamthankfulfor
Quite a lot for one day, yes? Things are coming together. Never exactly as you expect, but as our teams likes to say: show up everyday, work hard (and smart!), be grateful and trust. It’s a winning combination.
